Maintenance: reminders, suppliers, receipts, and CSV export
Stay ahead of service with notifications, remember where you buy parts, attach prices and invoices, and export your task list to CSV.
Maintenance in Nautog is built around real ownership: due dates, engine hours, and a clear record of what was done. Pro unlocks push notifications so recurring jobs do not slip when life gets busy, which is exactly when small oversights turn into expensive failures.
Add suppliers for the parts you use (filters, impellers, anodes) so the next order is one tap away. Attach prices and link invoices or receipts to tasks for a clean audit trail when you are reconciling spend or preparing for a survey.
Free accounts can track up to four active maintenance tasks. Pro removes the active-task cap and unlocks reminders. CSV export is available from the Logbook workflow when you want numbers in a spreadsheet or to share a summary with a partner or yard.
We see owners use maintenance lists in two rhythms. The first is “season prep”: haul-out items, rig checks, and safety gear in a tight window before launch. The second is “steady state”: oil changes, impellers, and zincs on a calendar you can trust. Nautog supports both without forcing you into a rigid template.
If you are coming from paper, try mirroring only your next three jobs in the app. Add supplier names even if you do not attach files yet. The habit of recording “where I bought it last time” pays off the first time you are anchored somewhere remote and need the same part number again.
